Dimensional Letters & Graphics
Flat signs tell people what something is. Dimensional letters make them feel it. Depth, shadow, and materiality communicate quality in a way that no printed graphic can replicate. If your sign is the first thing people see, make sure it says the right thing about you.

Dimensional Letters & Graphics
Material Makes the Statement
The material you choose for dimensional letters isn’t just an aesthetic decision — it’s a brand decision. Brushed aluminum says precision. Painted steel says bold. Bronze says permanence. We work with the full range — metal, acrylic, foam, wood, stone, and composites.
Fabricated to Exacting Standards
Clean returns, sharp corners, consistent finishes, perfect alignment.
Illuminated Options: Halo, Face-Lit, and More
We produce fully illuminated dimensional letters: face-lit for high-visibility presence; halo-lit for a sophisticated glow; combination-lit for both.

Mounting That Disappears
We use stud-mounting systems that are clean, secure, and invisible from the front — no visible fasteners, no face plates.
Working With Architects & Designers
We work directly from CAD files, architectural drawings, and brand standards packages. We can provide shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups.

Dimensional Letters & Graphics FAQs
Fabricated letters are built up from flat sheet material — aluminum, steel, or acrylic — bent and welded into three-dimensional form. Cast letters are poured into molds, typically in aluminum or bronze, producing a denser, heavier letter with a more traditional appearance. Fabricated letters are more common for contemporary applications; cast letters are often specified for historic, institutional, or prestige projects.
Yes. We work from brand standards documents and can fabricate letters in any font — including custom or proprietary typefaces. Paint finishes are matched to Pantone or RAL color standards. For metallic finishes, we offer a range of brushed, polished, and powder-coated options.
We’ve mounted letters on brick, concrete, glass, wood, drywall, EIFS, stone, metal panel, and more. Each surface has its own requirements in terms of anchoring and substrate preparation. We assess every surface before installation and engineer the right mounting solution for it.
Most dimensional letter projects run 3–6 weeks from approved artwork to installation, depending on material, finish, and quantity. Rush timelines are possible for select materials — let us know if you’re working against a deadline.
Yes. Letters get knocked, finishes fade, and illuminated elements eventually need servicing. We offer repair and maintenance services for dimensional signage we’ve installed as well as existing signs from other manufacturers.
