Yes — and this is one of the most valuable things we do. NYC’s permitting landscape is complex, and requirements vary depending on building type, location, and sign category. We manage the entire process, including Department of Buildings filings and, where applicable, Landmarks Preservation Commission submissions. We handle permitting outside of NYC as well, and even outside of NYS.
It depends on scope, but most projects run 6 to 10 weeks from approved design to installation. Permit timelines can add to that, particularly for landmark buildings. We’ll give you a realistic schedule upfront and keep you informed throughout — no surprises.
