Digital Printing
Digital printing is the engine behind a significant portion of what we produce. Modern large-format digital printing is extraordinarily capable: sharp, color-accurate, scalable from a few square inches to thousands of square feet, and applicable to an enormous range of substrates. It’s not one thing — it’s a platform that enables dozens of different products and applications, from a single window decal to a building wrap to an art installation covering a city block.

Digital Printing
Large-Format Printing: Scale Without Compromise
Our large-format printing capability handles output at virtually any scale — from standard signage sizes through building-scale graphics — with consistent color accuracy.
Color Accuracy: Getting It Right Every Time
We run calibrated workflows from file to output — ICC profiles, regular press calibration, and a proofing process that catches color issues before they become problems.

Substrate Selection: The Right Material for Every Application
The substrate a graphic is printed on is as important as the print itself. We specify substrates based on what the application requires — not what’s cheapest.
Finishing: Where the Details Are
We cut, laminate, mount, hem, grommet, weld, and frame printed pieces in-house.
Production Turnaround
Standard turnaround on most print jobs runs 3 to 5 business days from approved files. Rush production is available for time-sensitive projects.

Digital Printing FAQs
We work primarily with PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution TIFF files. For large-format work, files should be supplied at the intended output size at a minimum of 100 dpi, or at a reduced scale with proportionally higher resolution. We’re happy to provide detailed file preparation guidelines for any specific project.
We profile our presses regularly and work with ICC color management throughout the workflow. We pull physical proofs for approval on brand-critical jobs. We’ll be honest about the limitations of digital printing for certain Pantone colors — some colors, particularly highly saturated oranges, greens, and metallics, are inherently difficult to match precisely — and we’ll tell you upfront if your colors fall into that category.
Our standard exterior print and laminate combinations are rated for 3 to 5 years in full outdoor exposure. Premium cast vinyl with UV-protective laminate can perform for 5 to 7 years. We’ll specify the right combination for your expected lifespan and environment.
