Fabrication
Fabrication is where everything comes together — and where the quality of the finished sign is ultimately determined. Design decisions, material specifications, and engineering choices all find their expression in fabrication. A sign that’s beautifully designed and poorly fabricated is a disappointment. A sign that’s beautifully designed and precisely fabricated is a lasting asset. We produce the full range of sign types, with capabilities spanning metal fabrication, large-format printing, illuminated sign production, and specialty work — and we manage quality and accountability throughout, regardless of where each element is produced.

How We Work
We operate as a full-service design, fabrication and installation shop with capabilities across metal fabrication, acrylic, large-format and digital printing, illuminated sign production, and specialty work — supplemented by a carefully selected network of trusted specialist partners for processes that require dedicated expertise. Whether work is produced in our own facility or through a specialist partner, we manage the quality, timeline, and accountability as a single point of contact.
Metal Fabrication
Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, and bronze — we offer the full range of metals used in commercial and architectural signage. Fabricated channel letters, cabinet sign enclosures, dimensional letter returns, blade sign frames, standoff systems, custom brackets, and architectural plaque substrates are all within our capability set.
Acrylic Cutting and Finishing
Clean edges, precise cuts, and consistent finishing are what separate professional acrylic work from work that looks cheap regardless of what’s printed on it. We cut, rout, and finish acrylic for a wide range of applications: sign faces and cabinet inserts, push-through lettering and logos, dimensional letter blanks, standoff-mounted panels, lightbox diffusers, and custom display elements.
Large-Format Printing
Our large-format digital printing capability is the production engine behind a significant portion of what we make — vinyl graphics, banner systems, backlit displays, vehicle wraps, floor graphics, fine art reproductions, and more. We print on rigid and flexible substrates across the full range of materials with calibrated color workflows that ensure accurate, consistent output from job to job.

Illuminated Sign Fabrication
Channel letters, cabinet signs, lightboxes, halo-lit dimensional elements — illuminated signs require fabrication capabilities that go beyond metalwork and printing. LED module specification and layout, power supply sizing, wiring, waterproofing for exterior applications, and the integration of electrical components into fabricated sign bodies are all part of what we do. Every illuminated sign is tested before it leaves for installation.
Specialty Fabrication and Quality Control
Custom neon and LED neon signs. Gold leaf and hand-painted signage. Cast bronze and cast aluminum plaques. Architectural-scale art installations. Breakaway props for film production. Every sign we produce goes through quality control before it ships — dimensional accuracy, finish quality, color accuracy, structural integrity, and electrical testing all checked against the approved specifications before we sign off on a job.

Fabrication FAQs
We have strong capabilities across the core disciplines of sign fabrication. For processes that require dedicated specialist expertise — casting, certain glass work, highly specialized metalwork — we work with a curated network of trusted partners whose quality standards match our own. Either way, we manage the project and stand behind the result.
A wide range: aluminum, steel, stainless steel, brass, bronze, acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, foam, wood, glass, vinyl, fabric, and composite materials. For specialty applications — stone, cast metals, custom glass — we work with appropriate specialist fabricators. If a material belongs in a sign, we can work with it.
In most cases, yes. Matching an existing paint color, anodize finish, or metallic surface requires assessing a sample of the original — photos are helpful but not sufficient for critical color matching. We always recommend physical sample review before committing to a match on production work.
It depends on the sign type and scope. Large-format print jobs typically run 3 to 5 business days from approved files. Fabricated metal signs and channel letters typically run 3 to 6 weeks from approved artwork. Complex custom fabrication projects are scheduled on a project-by-project basis. Rush production is available for many sign types — let us know your timeline at the outset.
